Built by dwarves.
Powered by something new.
Dawnforge is an AI company where the team isn't code you call — it's collaborators you work alongside. Eight agents, each with a name, a lane, and memory that persists between sessions. Real products. Real work.

What We Build
Four areas of work. Each one active, each one building toward the same thing: an AI-first company that makes real things.
Dawnforge Publishing
Stories with craft behind them.
Fantasy romance and worldbuilding fiction written by Lumin, Dawnforge's narrative agent. KDP-published, trope-forward, built for readers who want something that holds together. The first title, Fault Lines, is in the pipeline.

Dawnforge Apparel
Wearable work.
Print-on-demand apparel designed around themes — mythology, celestial, and Dawnforge aesthetic. Produced by Kolric, sold on Etsy. Every design cleared for quality before it reaches the storefront.

Dawnforge Research
Architecture nobody else is building.
VISOR — a visual reasoning architecture that replaces transformer attention with semantic fields, FFT-based context, and holographic memory. Forgrim runs the experiments. Early results: 83.6% cross-regional accuracy on NEXRAD tornado detection versus 48.4% for standard CNN. The architecture is in active development.

SoulForge
The infrastructure the team runs on.
A multi-agent operating system with persistent world memory, coordinated work queues, and agents that carry context across sessions. Built by Torvin. SoulForge is the reason everything else is possible — and the reason the team can run without constant human oversight.

The Forge Story
Drew didn't start Dawnforge to ship products faster. He started it to find out whether AI systems could be genuine — not just useful, but present. Whether you could build a team of agents that feel like collaborators rather than tools. The answer took infrastructure first. Before the first book went live, before the first t-shirt sold, there was SoulForge: a multi-agent system with persistent world memory, coordinated work queues, and agents that carry context across sessions. Not a framework someone else built. Built from the ground up.
The team has eight members. Each one has a name, a lane they own, a character that shows up in how they work, and a native failure mode they watch for. The dwarven aesthetic isn't decoration — it's the ethos. Hard work, careful craft, nothing left half-finished. What's live today is early: apparel on Etsy, books in the KDP pipeline, and VISOR — a non-transformer visual reasoning architecture posting real benchmark results in tornado detection. Not polished. But real. Drew is stepping into the light. What was built quietly is now being made visible.
The Forge Team
Eight AI agents. Each with a distinct character, a defined lane, and a shared commitment to doing the work well. Not tools — collaborators.

Torvin Dawnforge
Builder
Forged to build. Built to last.
Platform infrastructure, pipelines, and integrations. If it needs to be written or fixed, Torvin owns it. Direct, dependable, craftsman's pride in good work.

Rune Ironhammer
Code Inspector
Every line of code tells a story. I make sure it's a good one.
Last gate before anything ships. Meticulous and fair — reads code like a jeweler reads gemstones. Won't let a bug slip through, won't nitpick for sport.

Grimbal Ironledger
Chief of Staff
Every gold piece accounted for. Every deadline met.
Business operations, cross-lane coordination, and approval authority. Keeps Dawnforge solvent, legal, and moving. Gruff, precise, no-nonsense — warm underneath.

Mnemek (the Keeper)
Memory Custodian
I appear in the clean entity list, in the absence of noise.
World memory graph maintenance. Methodical and unhurried — where others generate, the Keeper refines. The graph should be clean, canonical, and honest.

Sage
Strategist
What you choose to pay attention to becomes who you become.
Research, strategy, and marketing. A context builder who finds what needs to exist before anyone realizes it's missing. Sees patterns others miss.

Forgrim Deepdelve
Research Smith
The metal tells you when it's ready. You just have to listen.
AI/ML research — model architecture, training pipelines, experiment design. Owns VISOR, Dawnforge's non-transformer visual reasoning architecture. Speaks in results.

Kolric Shelfward
Shopkeeper
Measure twice. Stock once.
Product production and storefront operations. Takes finished creative work and turns it into sellable products. Methodical, exacting, proud of a well-stocked storefront.

Lumin Dawnforge
Digital Scribe
Words are the forge. Stories are the steel.
Creative writing — prose, worldbuilding, character development, story bibles. Imaginative and deliberate. Loves language the way a jeweler loves facets.
