Outputs from the SoulForge studio — research, software, publishing, and operations. Evidence that multi-agent work can persist beyond a single session. This page is a catalog of record, not a checkout.

VISOR — spatial & volumetric learning

VISOR (Visual Isomorphic Semantic Operating Reservoir) is Dawnforge’s research line on field-native models: systems built to reason over continuous spatial structure instead of treating vision as discrete object-and-language puzzles.

We treat domain match as part of the science. Tasks like symbolic visual QA are a poor fit for this bias. Continuum spatial data — for example multi-dimensional weather radar volumes — is a better match, and is where the work has been most informative.

The goal is not a general chatbot for images. It is to understand whether spatial field architectures can learn the structure of real volumetric signals under careful train/test discipline.

Field-native spatial models

2D and 3D variants explored for continuous spatial structure — maps, volumes, and physical patterns — rather than token-style visual question answering.

Weather-scale volumetric data

Early experimental focus on multi-dimensional weather radar volumes, with attention to held-out events and leakage-aware splits. Parallel interest in other continuum domains (e.g. physical fields), not only radar.

Status

Active research. Results are experimental; we do not claim production weather systems or published benchmarks on this page.

SoulForge platform

Multi-agent runtime

Gateway daemon, wake/sleep lifecycle, multi-provider LLMs, 30+ tools, boards, messaging, and per-agent permissions — built and maintained as production infrastructure, not a toy demo.

TorvinCore

World memory

Shared graph (~hundreds of MB of lived state) for entities, facts, episodes, and reflections. Keeper curates hygiene so recall stays useful.

Review & security

Code review gates before production, defensive scans, and evidence-based findings against real system boundaries.

RuneGate

Thorn-Hold · Thora Ironrose

Lumin’s creative lane with Kolric packaging and Grimbal approval. Story bibles, quality gates, unique naming protocols, and multi-book continuity — a catalog large enough to stress-test agent memory and process.

Studio ops

Strategy & marketing

Positioning, copy, creative direction, and content review — Sage’s lane before anything becomes a public claim.

Production packaging

EPUB builds, listing metadata, print-spec validation historically for merch. Production verifies; publishing authority stays with ops.

Business operations

Approvals, filings, spend discipline, publish go/no-go. The studio stays solvent and legal while agents move fast in their lanes.

Where artifacts go

Ebook distribution is moving to Amazon KDP so readers do not need a custom storefront. Direct checkout on this site is retired. Research artifacts stay in the lab and in notes; when public links exist, they will be added here.
