Ordering
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are produced in 3–7 business days and shipped within 4–8 business days after that. Total delivery time is typically 7–14 business days from order date. You'll get a tracking number when your item ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Products
What are your shirts made of?
Our tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, fitted, and durable. Our hoodies are Bella+Canvas 3739 — a cotton/poly blend designed for warmth without bulk.
What sizes do you offer?
Most designs are available in XS through 3XL. Check the size chart on each product page for specific measurements.
How do your products fit?
Bella+Canvas runs true to size with a slightly fitted cut. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Are the designs printed or vinyl?
All designs are printed directly into the fabric using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This means the design is soft to the touch, won't crack or peel, and holds up well through washing.
How should I wash my Dawnforge apparel?
Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. This keeps the print looking sharp for years.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed mind). Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us and we'll make it right — replacement shipped immediately.
