Returns & Refunds

Our commitment to making things right.

Our Policy

Because every Dawnforge product is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Changed mind
  • Buyer's remorse

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our Bella+Canvas tees run true to size with a slightly fitted cut. If you prefer a looser fit, size up.

When We Make It Right

We will replace or refund your order at no charge if:

  • Your item arrives damaged — Contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
  • You receive the wrong item — We'll ship the correct item immediately.
  • Your item has a print defect — If the design is misprinted, faded, or off-center, contact us for a replacement.
  • Your order is lost in transit — If tracking shows no progress for 14+ days, we'll issue a replacement or full refund.

How to Contact Us

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, include a photo — it helps us resolve things faster.

We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
