How It Works

Every Dawnforge product is made to order — we don't keep inventory sitting in a warehouse. When you place an order, your item goes into production within 24 hours and is printed, packed, and shipped directly to you.

Production Time

3–7 business days for most items.

Some products (hoodies, specialty items) may take up to 10 business days during peak periods. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves the print facility.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders.

Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days after production, depending on your location. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the order date.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping options coming soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our print facility to your door.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us through our contact page. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
